"A rising tide lifts all ships" is an adage we take so seriously we named our company after it. We genuinely believe that healthcare can improve when we bring people together, open up conversations and facilitate strong relationships. This leads to idea exchanges, breaks down communication barriers and creates cohesive and coordinated innovations. The rising tide, so to speak.

With decades of experience in business development plus our relationships with hundreds of hospital executives, we have heard first-hand the struggles of matching solutions to challenges. Executives are sold too often. Executives are unresponsive. Salespeople are too pushy. They don't listen. And on it goes. 

Well, we felt a change in how people connect in the healthcare industry was overdue. Not just a new spin on an old thing, but something entirely new. 

So, instead of spending countless hours in hotel rooms, on exhibit hall floors and late-night dinners attempting to swoon clients, we felt connections would be better if they were founded on understanding the hospital first. Not just where the department is or what the community is like, but the vision for the hospital's future and the means by which leaders are pursuing that vision.
